David A. Petersen (of counsel) has been an attorney for over forty years, with a distinguished career in workers' compensation law.
Mr. Petersen received his B.A. from the University of Minnesota, and then earned his J.D. from the University of Minnesota School of Law, in 1962.
He is a member of the 11th District Bar Association, the Duluth Trial Lawyers, the American Bar Association, and the American Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Petersen is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.
When he is not working, David enjoys hunting, fishing, golfing, gardening, and reading.
